After the lack of advertisement for the Wii U version (you wouldn't know it even exsisted), the fact some stores aren't stocking it and the fact that the Wii U version has a lower install base as well as missing features...

...Im looking for the "surprised" here.

Because showing Wii U in the last half second of a commercial is going to give people insight on what games are available. And obviously a large majority of gamers are going to know what games have less features, because everyone is like us and looks up video game news regularly.

Nintendo fans rarelyt buy third party unless it's exclusive. No need to throw every excuse in the book out there when this is the only one that fits.

The UK adverts I've seen don't even show Wii U box art, just 360/PS3/PC.

The gamepad screen has better colors than my Sony Bravia tv, so I often prefer playing on it.

Time to buy a new TV, seriously! The poor quality of the screen in the Gamepad is one of the biggest disappointments for me with Wii U.

Poor quality of the screen? Are you serious? What is wrong with it?

1doesnotsimply

it's a cheap LCD (can't blame them, they need to get costs down) with a lower resolution than the games on the actual console. When you add in the compression artifacts which are added in beaming the image from the Wii U to it, if anybody is finding the image quality on the pad better than what is on their TV, it'd really be worth considering buying a new TV.

i had a feeling it was going to bomb. batman arkham origins is going to bomb as a well. Just saying how i see it.

Arkham Origins on Wii U was screwed the moment they cut out multiplayer from it. Nobody likes gimped games.

Its under-priced, though. Gamers with a Wii U and a PS3/360 who want Arkham Origins day one and don't care about the multiplayer (there can't be that many people who are really looking forward to the multiplayer, given that the Arkham series made its fame without such), and you find the Wii U version priced $10 less? It should at least stay competitive.

problem is this is only true in America

this, the pad looks ok, but nothing mindblowing.

Well the game itself is not doing too well. There goes Ubisoft Toronto's first game. At least the government (tax payers) money helped ease the pain.

Which is really the game's key selling place and the Wii U's strongest ground atm.

Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.

Ill just come out and say it and I know people will hate, but the SC franchise has never been big on the system. Even when it first came out it sold the worst by far on GC even compared to the Xbox versions
