After all this time, there is still saltiness remaining over BY2.
Well done, Nintendo.

It's got plenty, they just aren't out yet :P

Mightly impressive if that's true. 720p would be good enough since the game has been greatly improved in the graphics department, but if that 1080p 60fps rumor is true, then Wii U's power has been heavily underestimated.

I don't recall PS3 fans being told by BioWare that if they want ME on PS3 to ask MS for it...and to ask for Halo while they are at it.

No this is exactly what Microsoft said about Mass Effect the first: “The original Mass Effect is absolutely an Xbox 360 exclusive, making Xbox 360 the only place to get the full Mass Effect experience.”

We all know how that turned out.  Though I do agree it's not leaving the Wii U.  But not because Nintendo says so.

You do know that comment came AFTER ME2 was announced for PS3?   And that it came from the games original publisher, not the developer?

BioWare never stated ME was MS only.  MS did.  And it became largely irrelevant when EA bought BioWare and their IP rights.  MS lost their right to ME once EA bought the IP.

All this Nintendo exclusivity info is coming from the developer themselves.

Except who do you think funded the original Mass Effect? Microsoft.  It's the reason why Mass Effect 1 took so long to get ported to PS3; EA had to buy out the contract... or something.  Same with Bayonetta, Sega could buy out their contract if they needed too, or could have a way out of their contract.  Only people who knows what's in that contract are Sega execs and Nintendo execs.  To say Bayonetta 2 isn't coming out to the PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, etc, because Nintendo says so isn't exactly any indicator of anything because Microsoft, the funder of Mass Effect said the same thing.  Though, to re-iterate, I don't personally think Bayonetta 2 is leaving the Wii U.  I'm just saying the reasoning isn't because Nintendo says so.

.

He's right though.

People are gauging its performance based on shoddy first-year multiplatform ports built around architecturally different hardware and farmed out to C-team devs, which is an absurd and inaccurate measuring stick of a system's true capability.

I´m wallowing in the bitter fanboy-tears ...amazing :D !
There is still space left, anyobody want to join ? Eric ? Curl ? Viper ?
Let´s enjoy our bitterness-hatefilled-cocktail from here !

I'm not sure if anyone pointed it out yet, but both Bayonetta for the PS360 ran in 1080p. The 360 version of the game ran in 60fps as well, while it's one of the worst PS3 ports, along with games like Ghostbusters and Dead Island, and ran with a framerate closer to 30fps on the PS3 and sometimes lower.

So yeah. If the 360 game ran in 1080p 60fps, then I'd hope the Wii U version could, considering it's an exclusive title.

what do you mean by version? it's a different game. and you're obviously talking about upcale since ps360 generally caps at 720p.

But the anti-Nintendo brigade claims the 160 SP's in the Wii U GPU can't achieve the 1.21 Jiggawatts of power needed to render both 1080p and 60 fps.

I don't get it, care to explain this joke?

and christ, if half the people who are complaining about Bayonetta 2 being Wii U only had bought bayonetta 1... It wouldn't be Wii U only.

if that many people had bayo 1, it would have topped GTA 4 already.
