The problem is..it is not fair to the fans..that bought that first game on ps3/360 and now it's only coming to the wii u.that does not make any sense!

So would you rather have it not exist than be on a platform you don't want? Sony and Microsoft didn't want to fund this game, but Nintendo did. Fans should be thanking Nintendo for giving them the opportunity to play a sequel to a game that they love.

If Nintendo didn't pick it up was always a chance for someone else to sooner or later.  Going Nintendo only is probably worse for Boyonetta fans, now there isn't even that chance.

That's the thing publishers had already passed on the game. That's how we got to his point. Bayonetta 2 was cancelled for PS3/360 some time ago. I don't understand how the possibility that the same publishers that said no before may possibly change their minds at some point in the future is a better option for fans.

Ni No Kuni and Tales of Graces f on PS3 were a slap in the face of DS-only and Wii-only gamers.

Bayonetta 2 ain't. Game wouldn't even exist without Nintendo. 500k LT.

how was it? ni no kuni and tales of graces sold better on ps3, then they did on those nintendo systems

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but Ni No Kuni on the DS sold better in Japan than the PS3 version, and the DS version never got a western release.

You are correct

Ni No Kuni DS launched 1st and the PS3 version came out like a year later. They had to make sure that the DS version would be taken seriously because nobody would've took it seriously if the DS and PS3 versions came out at thrthe same time. The majority would've just bought it on PS3 since it was the bigger and better looking version while reviewers would've criticised the DS version more being that the PS3 version would've been right there to compare it to

Nice to see the butthurt still burns.

This guy's acting like he just got the news. It's been a year, its not healthy to carry such bitterness for so long.

Was that really the reason or your personal theory?

Bayonetta was annoying in ps3. Evey time I went to menu it had loading screen. My friends who played it in Xbox 360 didn't had this problem.

Speculation or educated guess

Level 5 likes Nintendo just as much as Sony so i don't believe Nintendo moneyhatted them to make the ds version come out 1st. They had to have did it on their own. Its usual with ps3 in japan anyways when it comes to jrpgs. They make a game and then they have PlayStation as their rebound to make more cash.

Oh God, the hilarity.

As someone with no interest in the series, FFXIII going to 360 was worth it just for the lulz. XD

Dat logic.

IF I CAN'T HAVE IT ON THE SYSTEM I WANT, NO ONE SHOULD.

I really am starting to hate this self-entitled generation.

us nintendo fans might be used to it, imagine if we had FF back o.O so many meltdowns!

Each FF game is set in a different universe whereas Bayonetta 1 and 2 are linked. That, and FF only switched to Sony after a generation leap, a beginning of a radically different approach which Sony excelled through, the 3D era.

Bayonetta switching to Wii U doesn't make sense. I think it's a bad move for both the fans and the game. And hardly good news for Nintendo.

for the love of... Bayonetta 2 would not exist without Nintendo. It was not going to be made, Ninty stepped in and funded it. What part of this dont you understand?
