ofcourse not, it's just that sequelitis games tend to be exactly the same as they were before with only minor gameplay enhancements so if original game was a success, the second one will also be a success.
Nobody gets tired of same old same old nowadays. (expect me ofcourse, lol)
what about Grand Theft Auto V ? I think no one can deny it will be the best in the series

He didn't just say it was going to be a good game. He said it was going to be the best in the series. You can't say that.
Well you can pretty much know sequels to AAA games will be good if the first was good. There are exceptions to this though. Example we all know GTA 5 will be a game of the year contender.
