uhh, im still buying it

I played the demo, and I 100 percent support Kamiya. Buying this day one. I really really liked it. Reviewers aren't everything, and he is so passionate about this game that I would feel like a bad person if I didn't buy this or bought it used.

Demo is awesome. Pre ordered straight away after playing it. Hope the full version is like that demo X 100.

This is why we have, you know, demos so we can judge for ourselves. Not only that, but it's one review. I get it's a pretty bad score, with regards to the context of the review, but it is the context of the review which counts, which is overwhelmingly positive from all sources.

I swear this happens with all their games. Are they not used to it yet?

So 70-79 is now considered bad? Um, oh dear....

Hasn't that been the case for a fair ol' while? You get less than 80 and a lot of people don't look twice.

Played the demo, it sold me. The controls are fine and I'm picky when it comes to controls.

Unless I read reviews that tell me the game is broken in later sections I'll be picking it up this weekend.

I would encourage everyone sitting on the fence to try the demo and read a few different reviews rather than putting all your faith in a single review, from any source.

Exactly, having a demo somewhat negates the viewpoint or ulterior motives of a biased reviewer (I am not saying IGN is biased though) and gives the opportunity for the gamer to decide themselves if the game is a fit or not.  Unfortunately for us Disney Infinity didn't have a demo and IGN gave that game a higher score than it deserved!  I would have given W101 anywhere between 85-90 based on the Demo released by Nintendo.

I did not know a 79 on metacritic was a bad score...
