The 3DS first in USA as expected, despite VGchartz prediction of the 360 being first.

It's probably the case as well in Europe, where mysterious VGchartz numbers always put the PS3 first extrapolating on some small and untracked markets. The sony console is probably overtracked by a lot.

The 3DS is currently the best selling dedicated gaming device in all the 3 main markets.

Please lend me your crystal ball that is better than VGChartz' crystal ball. You clearly have it all figured out and I want in.

Based on the more reliable and professional trackers of videogames sales. As simples as that.

You can think that the PS3 is first in Europe despite being behind in UK, France and Germany by being first in Greece, Switzerland or Spain, but I would just call it being very naive.

It's not "this" OR "that". It's practically EVERYTHING else. Nintendo's own numbers supported this for Jan-March

This isn't "Nintendo numbers". This is numbers from the main trackers. And it shows well that since April, Nintendo 3DS is ahead in Europe.

Around the Network

As I expected, Minecraft was undertracked. This game will reach 10 million (Digital + Physical) this year, easily. Will be the seventh franchise to do this on this generation.

No, I don't need it. VGvhartz being wrong a lot of times and being contradicted on a monthly basis by the more reputed trackers is enough. The 3DS was beaten by the 360 this month in the USA? Yeah, right.

The "magical" PS3 numbers in Europe is the same sauce.

And yet you still can't post any numbers. What a shame.

150k>107k

Numbers that are relevant to the situation.

Unless you believe all of VGC's tracking is imaginary, in which case why are you here?

I am very skeptical of their hidden mathematical saucce that greatly increase PS3 numbers in small european markets and "other categories". VGchartz correct itself with the maint trackers, but we never get numbers from these areas and the errors are probably enormous given the errors with the most known markets.

I'm making a gallery of number-free posts.

VGChartz North American numbers in bold underneath. Take from that what you will.

Aren't the numbers generally consistent with Sony's shipment numbers?
