we are talking about year 2013, not fiscal year, its at 5mil now, last year was at around 27.6mil total now its about to pass 33mil = 5.4mil sales

One thing that cannot be denied is that Japan will have a crazy rest of the year for 3DS sales. MH4, Pokemon, One Piece... all of which are very highly likely to do very well and push hardware and keep it up for the holidays.

North America has Pokemon and Zelda

Europe has Pokemon and Zelda as well

So there should at least be a sizable increase in sales from that alone.

Yeps, 2.64M from 01 January 2013 to 30 June 2013. As of 31 December 2012, it was at 29.85M.
