One thing that cannot be denied is that Japan will have a crazy rest of the year for 3DS sales. MH4, Pokemon, One Piece... all of which are very highly likely to do very well and push hardware and keep it up for the holidays.
North America has Pokemon and Zelda
Europe has Pokemon and Zelda as well
So there should at least be a sizable increase in sales from that alone.
