Hold up, do people believe the Xbox one won't function without kinect?

Well the bottom of my TV is crowded enough so there is only room on top of my TV and I'd rather not have it balanced on top of my TV, I'd rather press a button than say a phrase to tell my console to do something.  I just have no interest in it at all.  I don't want to "be the controller," no kinect games interest me, I don't want to be waving my hands around, I just want to sit back and relax while I game.  I also don't use apps like Netflix so the voice feature will be of no use to be to traverse through menus.  Also less cables around the better, already got a ton connected to my TV.

If this is true then it's only a matter of time before they sell Kinectless bundles.

I might get all 3 consoles next gen after all.
