Stop trying to pretend that all core gamers think that Kinect is not adding anything valuable; it is almost insulting me who consider myself as a core gamer to see other gamers on the internet stating such ridiculous things...

For core games, maybe it would not add a big giant new super cool feature of doom, but it adds some nice to have stuff. And even if it is not to "core" gameplay, stating that Kinect is not adding any value at all is just plain ridiculous.

And what is the link between the hate and the ridiculous statement of STAGE saying that Kinect does not add any value to the Xbox One experience?
You can argue for hours; this statement is ridiculous; esp. coming from someone who is constantly bashing against anything Microsoft is doing...

Adding value and forcing every buyer to get one is two different thing. Chances are we don't need Kinect at all  to enjoy the xbox fully, but MS is pushing it at us, but sooner or later, they'll change their mind, they do it all the times now.

Well this is pure flaming... Microsoft got several good studios (343, Turns 10, Rare, etc...) and you are basicaly flaming by coming in this thread and stating the opposite in my opinion; which is not even linked to the OP.

What a terrible response, especially in a thread of good news.

If they bring it back mid-gen, which makes 0 sense, then they will go through the same backlash and lose out on money. Your talk of optomistic negative hypotheticals just shows how much you are fishing.

Drop support? 360 is turning 8 this year and is confirmed to be at least a 10 year console. It hasn't price dropped since 2008 in NA, now thats longevity......when was the last PS3 price cut?



Xbox: Best hardware, Game Pass best value, best BC, more 1st party genres and multiplayer titles.

I'm not even commenting on the fact that MS is pushing it on us, I just agree with you :)
But saying that it adds not value at all; is everyting but true! Even for a core gamer... (even if you can live without it)

See this is news I like to hear. This should have been stated earlier if it has been true all along. Now just remove it from the box.
