No. It's a new feature. Totally different than gaki or whatever its called.

So how does this work?  Like you buy a PSV game and then you can buy it on the PS4 for a discount?

Indie games or retail games, like Assassin's Creed IV, if you have that game on your PS3, you'll get a discount when you buy it on your PS4.

And added :)

How is the share button a ps+ plus point?

Or Kinect a plus point for live?

p.s

I'm pretty sure Ubisoft demo'd a game on ps4 and used smartglass type feature for it, can't remember which one though.

The Division.

I remember watching that part and thinking the same thing.. when the guy joins in the game for a bit as a drone, with a label 'tablet' under his name.

when you buy a game on the PS4, you'll have the option of downloading the game's single player or multiplayer mode first.

little more research shows the 300,000 servers and the cloud are one and the same thing, no need to list it twice, saying all games will have dedicated servers is a massive assumption on your part, and has almost no chance of happening.

300,000 servers and cloud computing are different things.  Cloud computing uses those servers but is a feature of it's own.  Every single online feature is going to be running through servers.  Just like sony will have servers (Number is unknown) for PSN.  Servers are required for online.

There is still no truth in  "Every game on Xbox Live will have a dedicated server.  No host advantage, no lag, no rubber banding." Those 300,000 servers are for the cloud, match making, login servers and game authentication. You seem to have made some crap up about all games having dedicated servers.

It was reported by Wired after an exclusive look at the Xbox One.  You are more than welcome to look things up.

Great thread, just needs a little tweaking here and there :)

-DVR on Xbox One is just with game content not TV.
-Xbox One includes a HDMI in and HDMI out that makes it so you can connect not just you DVR, but your Xbox 360 and I image other consoles as well.
-Friends list on X1 will go from 100 on 360 to unlimited on Xbox One with a search engine to make going through your friends list easy.

90% of what you listed is not PS+ required.

PS4 can also use cloud computing (although i'm not sure whether it can at launch)

Every device on earth can :) Even Smartphone.
The point here is that Microsoft is providing 3 VCPUs for each Xbox One out there to use.
