Great thread, just needs a little tweaking here and there :)
-DVR on Xbox One is just with game content not TV.
-Xbox One includes a HDMI in and HDMI out that makes it so you can connect not just you DVR, but your Xbox 360 and I image other consoles as well.
-Friends list on X1 will go from 100 on 360 to unlimited on Xbox One with a search engine to make going through your friends list easy.
