No other fanbase has to put up for that either. Because on the other consoles, there's actual third party support to compensate for the first party droughts.

Nintendo's output for its core fans was leagues ahead of what they made for gamecube. Try again.

No, they didn't. The majority of their ouput was still traditonal games and fan favourite franchises.

That's nice I might be an evil person, but personally I would love if only Sony and Nintendo would remain in the console industry. MS simply lost direction.
