Funny thing, I remember a couple years ago Americans on this site were criticizing Germany for having no freedom of speech.

His lyrics state that he is going to do something that will make the Boston bombings look like nothing. That's a thread of terrorism right there. Just because they are lyrics for a rap song it doesn't mean you can just say anything. If someone would say these things in the middle of the street people would think they where dealing with a aggressive mental patient threatening to hurt a lot of people.

I know he was just rapping and probably didn't mean anything he said, but again just because these are lyrics doesn't mean you can just say anything.

you realize he is not sentenced, he didn't have his trial yet, you could even say a in debt investigation is going on...

you can probably find 10000 rap songs where a rapper said "i will kill people in my neighborhood, my dad, teacher..." or anything like that. where is the difference if you say you will do something worse as the boston bombing or that you will kill a single person or a few guys? both times the guy would be a murderer if he would do it, there would be just more victims with something worse than boston bombing.

they should observe him if they really think he could be serious but sending him to jail just for saying it? 

they observe a lot of potential terrorist where they really know that those guys want to kill other people but they don't even know it here, it's all only about the shit he wrote.
