I am not trying to be insulting but how old are you? You are either very young or you harbor the same feelings as this person if you think what he said or implied was in any way okay.
Couldn't most or all of your excuses also be applied to every person that started a mass shooting?
Also as others have pointed out, it doesn't rhyme. It's not a rap at all. It's just his way of trying to justify it as legal and gain pity from people like you.

If he wanted it to be clear he was rapping he could have specified so. As it stands it looks like threats and reads nothing like a rap. Reads like a person with mental issues who needs help.

Because most people didn't say anything or don't even know how we got to such a point that you can be arrested for what SAY on social network, without getting a fair trial, which is the basis of law and order, a teenager is a living case of complete corruption and abuse of the law : 

He was sent to jail and faces 20 year in jail JUST for posting lyrics to a rap songs he wrote in which he mentions the Boston bombing, without any threat to anyone or any group.

Unlike accidents that can happen to anybody because of bad luck, or random probability, this means that like under any fascist system, THIS can too happen to anybody because of human corrupt decision and laws.
