It doesn't need to rhyme. They have zero evidence he was actually planning any sort of attack. How is this justice?

There's this song out there on the radio where there's a lyrics that says "Kill 'em all dead bodies in the hallway". It's just a song, its not a threat to anyone. Rap in general tends to have violent lyrics.

If you guys think these lyrics are worrisome, Eminem wrote a song about killing his wife, Kim. She (well, Eminem voices her) in the song is crying and screaming for Eminem to stop, but he goes through the entire portrayal of killing her in the song and she dies in the end.
