No it's not.
First of all, it isn't actually "All-In-One. You still need your Xbox 360 for backwards compatbility, you still need your cable box/receiver to view live TV, you still need your DVR to record and view your shows.
Second of all, do I even need to address the privacy concerns and anti-consumer policies the console will have? Kinect is always watching and used games can't be lent back and forth between friends. Used game prices will go up, used game trade in value will go down.
I get you like Xbox and the thing looks cool but you need to learn to think for yourself. Don't let Microsoft tell you what to do, you tell them what you want. Now, is it worth the $500 for a voice remote control and not-really-all-in-one Xbox?
