Forums - Microsoft - Xbox One is the Greatest Entertaintment Device Ever Concieved. Microsoft have Outdone Themselves.

@OP

Have fun enjoying it. But to talk the system up as if it's the greatest thing in gaming history............is kind of sad.

The OP convinced me. Gut jeb!

3 OS is not something to boast about in my eyes, hurray 3 massive bits of software all running on the same processor as my game. Devs will be lucky if theres even half the power of the processor left for there game.

Sonys idea of a separate processor for doing all the background tasks like voice chat video recording, web browsing is the much better solution if you ask me.

in my opinion that's so lame what microsoft is doing!!! -_-i don't care i just wanna play games nothing else! Just me my tv,my controller and my couch! i'm starting to see more benefit in Nintendo. Maybe i'll buy the Wii U eventually! and the Ps4 of course.

Why stop at The Greatest Entertainment Device Ever Conceived?
I'd say it's The Greatest Electronic Device Ever Conceived, hell some might argue it's The Greatest Invention Ever IMAGINED!

First of all, how come using 3 virtual machines could be a good thing ? Yes it switches instantly, but the performance will drop like a lot.

Kinect is just a 3D camera without software : Yeah, exactly. We did not see a functionnal software for kinect.

300.000 servers : numbers are juste numbers. They can be manipulated easily. again, using 300k surface tablets as servers means having 300k servers, but it says nothing about performance.

XBone could be good, but for now there is still just nothing. Except numbers, fake kinect capabilities and fantasy football.

i do find ps4 fans funny when they say they just want a games machine and dont care about apps etc .when netflix is used more on ps3 than on 360

CANT WAIT FOR THE XBOX ONE!

The Xbox One does seem to be a pretty cool machine.

Though I'm skeptical of it's potential.

By the time it comes out, everything it does will already be offered as good or better through technology already built directly into your TV, or available in every single other box.

Perhaps its power will be neatly incorporating all of it.

I for one will not be bringing a box as big as the Xbox One into my living room just for this privilege, not unless they really do show me the games. And they better be something to behold.
