Have you ever used Vita?

Yeah, but I never played around with the interactive and multi-tasking features. I don't own one so I played a few games on demo units.
Tell me about it.

Right now I'm skyping, playing P4G and reading a guide in a browser. All processes are running on Vita and swaping between them is instant.

Okay, can you do both simultaneously?

In other words, the dedicated gamer loses. So do you think this will benefit Sony or Nintendo as gamers flock to the consoles that don't restrict them from the price values they had before? |
The dedicated gamer loses, but only in a subtle and deceptive manner. Microsoft lures you with large amounts of games in the beginning (because they know their market of early adopters), finds out whats hot and if they cannot replicate success they leave your appetite semi-sated. Luckily that appetite was sated had something to do with multiplayer which has lasting utility for months to years, rather than single player experiences. Sony had to learn to fill in that gap in their game quickly since online gaming took a foothold in the market. MS has very predictable movement and every gen they have a third party they depend on to make constant games for them:
Gen 1) Bioware
Gen 2) Epic
Gen 3) I believe its Respawn
As long as MS gathers the casuals losing some gamers to Sony and Nintendo doesn't matter. I mean, did it matter to Nintendo?

PS3 = Live TV via PlayTV or NOW TV. PSN Store has virtually exactly the same amount of films to buy/rent with 1080p offered as the 360. Sport offered on NOW TV (Sky Sports)and the BBC Sport app.
63 Apps for the 360? Are you having a laugh? Yes it has plenty more than the PS3, but 63? Please.

Edited for your convenience

Particularly the " The One has inbuilt DVR" - the XBox One is NOT a drv. Think before you post
Also on PS3 using Play TV I can record a show in the background while still playing a Game.
PSP Lifetime more than PSV+3DS Lifetime.
