Well to get any announcement right before E3 is decent (and bodes well for later announcements). Sega looks like it's going in with the Wii U. Sonic games announced are a delight, and they're coming summer, again good. Now we wait...

Did they at least show Sonic Lost Worlds gameplay ? Haven't started the stream at that time (was an overcrowded stream anyway)

1/3 of the ND was Pikmin 3 gameplay...

Luigi stand-alone game was a nice surprise. I'm going to get that instead of the DLC. Since the disc is going to be a limited time offer (said in the European ND at least), it's going to be a rarity.

It's pretty understandable why this Nintendo Direct focused primarily on things we knew about. I think this one was mostly a reminder of things coming up soon, probably to try to increase the sales of those titles.

No Gameplay, but more details before E3 (so very soon). Only thing shown was a picture of a world sorta in pieces, reminding me of Unleashed.

Pikmin 3 - The three main characters are Alph, Brittany, Captain Charlie. The trio are sent out on a mission to search for food for planet Kopai. The fruit they collect are to be the new food resource for planet Kopai. Player need to collect food for sustenance themselves, without food you are unable to do mission. Can replay days - more accessible for new players and veterans player can challenge. Kopad= gamepad: good management tool. Players need to effectively manage the time and three characters before the sun sets. You can use the Gamepad, Wii U pro controller and Wii+Nunchuck combo. The game will be out on July 26th.

I'm not surprised how negative you are.  

No one is forced to go to Best Buy, and the fact that they are doing that at all should be positive. Especially since it allows people who DON'T ALREADY HAVE A SYSTEM to play.
