God of War Acension....what does it have to do with the Vita if its coming out on PS3 only o.o.

God of War Acension wont sell as well as God of War 3 since its a prequel - I would say it would sell a bit less than Skyward Sword or as much but can easily outsell Ocarina of Time 3D lifetime wise considering the fact that Sony games tend to get cheaper sooner than Nintendo's first party titles.

Edit: Oh ya those God of War 3 numbers are less than what they should be but oh well the only thing I can find.

Ascension will never sell like GoW III! The Ascension Trend is low

why not! juts to see how easy nintendo find the way to get money, a remade game to outsell a entire brand new game from sony. this is the question

Possibly. Probably. Zelda as a series is bigger than God of War.

The best selling GoW spinoff did 3.1 Million on PSP... So GoW:A should end up around 3 to 3.5 Million if history is anything to go by. On another note though, the most recent mainline Zelda, Skyward Sword, has sold less than ANY mainline God of War and the GoW series as a whole is at a highpoint currently saleswise with GoW3 the best selling in the series.

OoT3D will be pushing 4 Million by the end of its run. Too much for a GoW spinoff.

OoT3D may even outsell Skyward Sword.

Anyways there is no Vita God of War coming out nor any other God of War - maybe we'll hear one at E3 for the Vita but I am hoping for a God of War Norse Mythology Reboot for the PS4 T.T

GOW: Ascension will obviously sell better. GOW3 sold more than 5M, so at least a prequel will reach 4M.

Is this your pathetic attempt at damage control seeing that the WiiU is going to bomb this gen?
What kind of comparison is this anyways? OoT on 3DS and Ascension on the PS3? What is the logic behind this, and why do you have to point out that Ascension is a Sony IP? This is what you call stealth trolling? My god you sank to a new low...

OT: It could go either way. GoW costs more to produce but the LT revenue will probably be higher and add the DLC income and it could actually generate a nice little profit for Sony.
Also for OoT those are pretty low sales, considering it is a remake of the "best game evah" on Nintendos beast handheld.

I know, I know, it was just a stab at the OP Actually it looks like OoT could get to 4 million LT, and that is probably pure profit for Nintendo and it actually helped the 3DS covered in a dire period.

I was simply upset that he compares 2 games that are from different genres, different generations, on different type of consoles from different manufacturers when their respective devices are at a different part of their cycle ...
