Could games like The Last of Us, God of War: Ascension, Sly Cooper, Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch, and Beyond: Two Souls be having an effect on Christmas demand for the PS3? Without being partisan, unless you're already a Gears of War fan, the PS3 appears to offer more value going forward. There is also a lot of incentive there, especially with good bundle prices, to pick up a PS3 as a second console, especially considering the online is free. I don't know if PS+ is a factor or not, though it might be a small one.
It's just hard to understand the PS3 numbers otherwise, especially when you consider 2012's lack of exclusive titles.
