hmm no clue, i mean, in a game like dragon age (if you can call that "hardcore", no clue) which shows us another world with characters living in it i think it wouldn't make sense if there wouldn't be sex. "the world without sex" or what?

You know that some of the things are optional in the games ?

No one forces you to have sex in Mass Effect, You can turn off profanity in Gears of War and you can turn off gore in pretty much every game.
