kinect has some good sellers but it is like it is, people use kinect for additional function in some games like forza head tracking, fitness exercises, dance games and those fun sport games you can play with the whole family or friends, nobody cares about these "real" games for kinect, developers should realize this. people who want to play real games buy controller games and people, even if they are hardcore gamers who like to have some fun with friends, don't buy fable or whatever.

Sony and MS thought they could get a slice of Wii's market by making their own sensors.

But they did it too late. By 2010, it was clear already that Wii sales were Sinking.

Moreover Sony and MS attempt to capture this market. Suffers the same issue that Wii always had: Most of the games that come out, are pure trash.

A lot of people buy this stuff for messing around on PC
The university a friend of mine is going to bought shit loads of Kinect just for creating games and other things on PC
Its an interesting thing - Kinect would be useful if those "nerds" would create things with it
The actual game devs have no clue what to do with Kinect or Move.They should hire those nerds.

Great to see the PS3 destroying everything else.
I don't understand how the 360 can still be this far ahead in the USA...Did people already replace their banned 360s for playing Halo 4 early?
Will be interesting - AssaCreed 3 will surely sell more on the PS3 and boost a lot in Europe as will PS Allstars and the other things.
But will it be enough to fight the yearly Halo/CoD?The 360 will be pushed to insane numbers cause both are coming out very closely together.

It's certainly the first time that I recall. And they missed by a pretty huge margin.

Wow, I'm quite shocked by the Vitas UK sales...212k seems incredibly high to me. 0_o

Can't wait to see the 360's hardware sales in November...they will be insanely high! (halo 4, cod, black friday, etc.)
