UK X factor or X factor USA?

Uk but maybe it will follow in us :)

0.0, 60 seconds is a lot of ad time. I'm excited to see how they approach advertising it.

Can't wait pick mine up in the summer, hopefully Bioshock Infinite will by on it by then!

I can only assume it is the US version because we have never seen the UK version and BBC is channel 300 or something so we would not have went there.

This is big news! Probably costing nintendo a small fortune, but not as big as airing it on Idol.

It's UK. And X factor isn't on the BBC.

I know. It is on Fox. Simon Cowell, Britney Spears, Digarmo girl, and Black guy.

The X Factor is a British TV series for ITV. This advert will be played during said television show this weekend, I would imagine.

Quit with the country loyalties and realise this as a fact. Or stop the sarcasm. Or...whatever. It's great news BTW, as it's the first live show (I think), so it should attract a few viewers!

I do not want to go off topic, but it is now an American show that has high ratings. It includes Simon Cowell, Britney Spears, Degarmo, and a black guy. I am not being sarcastic. You are the one with the country loyalties. Google it if you do not believe me.

The X Factor has been on UK TV for NINE years. It is a British show. By default, if we talk about X Factor, we mean the UK version, unless you say 'X Factor USA'. God, Americans, you really can't see past your own noses.

I'm not denying the fact that there is an American iteration of the show; but it originated in the UK and will always be the biggest in the UK (a similar thing occured with American Idol and Pop Idol, the Voice and Wipeout are other examples). Simon Cowell was THE host initially for the British show but moved to the American series due to the cash being offered being greater.

When someone says "The X Factor", it's safe to assume in this context that it was the British version as opposed to the American one, and the facts have already been pointed out (and were infact clear in the article had you read it). So I don't see where the issues are, nor why you had to reiterate yourself. But there you go I suppose.

I really don't want to sit through the crap that is the x-factor, but I want to see the ad! Oh well, I'll suck it up for a couple of hours i suppose, beer will help.

Actually Kate Thornton was the host initially, but whatever.

OT: I watched X Factor USA for the first time ever tonight and it was awesome! So much better than the UK version
