Its a psycological thing. People will defend what they bought so they feel like they made the right decision and dont regret it.

 

Its not an age thing aswell. Its a councious thing.

He's been nagging me to get a ps3 now for over a year, I've told him I'm a Nintendo head and he knows I only own one console every gen

Funny you mention this, cause I told my brother in law I had pre-ordered a Wii U and he looked at me in disgust and said "you haven't". When I filled him in on be details of be systems that I had been learning through the web, he went silent and said "very good!"

Head people just don't have the right info on the Wii U. They are ignoramuses.

Theoretically yes. But developers have already stated a reluctance to do that ... because they don't want to do something that requires you to puchase another $250 (USD-- current low-entry price) piece of hardware.

It may come across that way, but I don't bash other systems all call people names just because they play a particular system, and I'm old enough not to care about what someone says or thinks about the system I own, peer pressure doesnt work when you've matured, I just think it's silly people act this way
