This is stupid.

This game has at worst decent graphics, decent soundtrack, some neat (if you want to be negsay sub par to terrible gameplay gameplay). Perfectly playable. If that is your definition of a zero game fine. But what about games worse than that?

People just don't want to be rational, they want to overreact and be be drama queens.

Look at the difference so far between the critics and the users:  77/100 vs 0.4/10 (PS3) and 67/100 vs 0.5/10 (360)  So far the lowest (reputable) critic scores are Gamespot and Destructoid with 45/100 and 30/100 respectively, and while bad, they're not completely ludicrous like the 0/10s from the users.

Obvioulsy it's just people trolling.  I can understand making a statement that they don't like what Resident Evil has become, but nobody is going to take any of them seriously with unreasonable scores like that...

The meta press reviews is meh too.

I think I will pass like the 5 (or I will wait some Plus free release).

Call of Duty would be mighty pleased. I doubt Black Ops 2 could beat this.

That's a terrible idea imo seeing as it's 2-3 bucks a night. Blockbuster or gamefly if you are into the renting.

The sad part is that when the trailer came out many people think it would be 10x better than RE5,however after the game came out it turn out to be a pile of shit and even worst than RE5....Till now RE4 still reign supreme unless they released a RE7 that actually play out like RE 1-3

When you are dealing with one of the most respected gaming franchises, anything but a worthy entry in the series is going to be met with the lynching mob. Capcom will learn the way.

I don't care about reviews. I plan on getting it when it drops in price. The only reason I haven't bought it is because I have to many games reserved and to many other games on my plate.

So i have finished the Leon campagne and spend five hours in the Jake campagne and what should i say its very entzertaining. Sure the game has issues spezialy for those who await an Old School resident Evil but anyone who enjoyed Resi 4 and Resi 5 will have some fun time with the game.

At thios rate i give the game an solid 8 of 10

pros: 20-30 hours of storymode
intresting story
awesome monster design
great leveldesign
great action moments
mercenary mode

con: Camera issues (sometimes)
to less points for level ups
a little bit too much action

FaziT: Its not a perfekt game, and of course not an old school resident evil but its a lot of fan.
