Yes it is. Microsoft holds the writes to the first one. The most the Wii U will see is 2 and 3.

then why will all three games be on PS3?

what the hell!? I so want it to fail on WiiU but at the same time that will hurt it and I don't want that! :S

I won't buy the game on any of my platforms!

this is clearly planned so they can have an excuse to not earn more revenue! lol U stupid EA!

i think the reason is that the studio who makes the port of me3 can't do the other me games in short time so they only bring me3 for wii u. porting all three would be maybe too much work for them (i have no clue which studio is doing it but not that which made the mass effect games right?) the reason why they don't bring medal of honor or so is because that studio which was "without work" and has time to make the me3 port has nothing to do with the other new games not even released for other consoles.

so yeah, i think the conspiracy theory is wrong and it is that simple^^

but they should really make the port at least cheaper. maybe 39€

They will watch it fail and use that argument to claim that supporting the system is not worth it! Remember when EA's ceo kept saying good thing about the wii u? What happened since then? Did Nintendo pee in their cherios? If they were serious about givng the system a chance, they would have made a port for Dead Space 3, Medal of Honor or Need for Speed.


Nintendo rightfully refused to use EA's stupid online system integrated into Wii U so now they're all pissed off.

First I've heard of it. It was pretty much unanimous around the web that MC held the rights to ME1

it seems they made a deal with MS or maybe the publishing rights for it was limited to a number of years and that EA could do whatever they wanted with the game after that period. I was actually surprised that the first game was going to be on PS3 but yea, if it can be on PS3 then it should be on WiiU as well!

I honestly don't think there is any point now to release me3 on Wii u. Hearing about the game being canned later wouldnt surprise me just like ea complaining for low sales of the late (x3) port.

I dont see how the game was sent to die, that makes no sense, ME3 on Wii U is clearly meant for people who didnt play the game on PS360/PC for whatever reason. If your a Ninty owner what bearing does it have on your decision to NOT get ME3 on Wii U, you wouldnt be getting the trilogy anyway as one wouldnt have the system to get it. Now I do thing the trilogy should be on Wii U and i do think it will end up there eventually. But lets not kid ourselves ME3 wasnt going to do gangbusters anyway im sure it would have sold to the expectations of EA
