Should exclusive mean it's only available on the platform, or available on one but not the other?
Example of the former is Uncharted 3 (only on PS3).
Example of the latter is Left 4 Dead (on 360 and PC, but not PS3).
Available on one but not the other. I.e. Minecraft is an Xbox 360 exclusive

I always viewed it as this....its a 360 exclusive if I cant play it on my PS3 or Wii and vice versa...Vita, PC, 3DS are just other platforms that the main console makers make Money off of that their competitors wont. Sony wont make any money from a PC title, but Microsoft will. Sony makes money off of Vita sales but Ninty wont. Ninty makes money off of 3DS games but Microsoft wont...see?
