If I had to guess i'd say it's because it's the end of the console lifecycle. It'll pick up a huge amount once Wii U is in stores.

It's never been a very good forum to begin with but it has gone downhill. With how bad them modding is on this site people just arn't gonna bother with it for long.

Lot of people coming up with a lot of reasons.

The core reason is this: it's almost impossible to get a good conversation about games going, now.

I've been posting primairly on other sites to actually talk about games, because sustained conversation here borders on impossible unless you're willing to carry the conversation entirely by yourself. The biggest posters now have next to no attention span and are happier in contention than they are in talking about the things they enjoy.

Are you trying to talk to me about the playing of games, and what makes some games cool
