He was both physically and mentally broken. His spirit left him, he didn't feel like Batman anymore so I guess he thought he wouldn't need to fix his knee. |
Well he's stupid!
more of spider man guy but will give this one a look

I heard many times that TDK was too long as well, but people seem to have forgotten that. I do not know what the problem with Bane's voice was either, because I heard it just fine (and we had subs so...). I thought the movie was more "epic" than TDK personally. TDK was definitely of a much smaller scale at least. |
I didnt have a problem with the movie length? Not sure why you bringing that up.
Movies can be as long they want...it just musnt be noticeable. People didnt complain about the TDK length because it didnt feel like it was on forever...this one did. Which generally means it dragged. The movie got boring at times. Somehow i felt TDK managed to keep you on the edge of your seat right through, not many movies can do this. Comes along very rarely.
I guess it all depends on what you mean by epic...I though TDK had more epic to it. Just cos bigger buildings are falling, more people are dying etc. doesnt make it more epic. Its more than that. Thats also why i said in first post dont ask me to explain ^_^
Problem with banes voice was that i wasnt clear. And well he spoke a hell of a lot in the movie.
Just saw it today. Awesome conclusion to the trilogy. Not sure if i like it more than 2nd one but i think that will go back and forth over time.
There is bit of debate over what happened to batman at the end. Me and my friend took two different things from it. I thought he survived easily and lived but he thought he died with the bomb. I convinced him though with my mind bending abilities.

They found out the auto-pilot had been fixed which suggests he jumped off before it exploded and that's how he survived.

Yea i saw it that way but my friend didn't. His take was that they show him inside the bat helicoper jet thing when 2 seconds are remaining for it to detonate. Batman surviving though has many more points. Blake getting the coordinates, alfred seeing him in florence and repaired bat signal for gordon and the one you mentioned with fox.

Why does everyone forget Bourne Trilogy or does that not count anymore? |
I probably forgot cause I have not seen any Bourne movie yet but the general concensus is that it is also a perfect trilogy.
I... didn't like it. In fact, I'd call it the worst superhero movie of the three that came out this summer. I found the good guys to be as compelling as toast, thought the action was meh, and the theming was garbage. Sorry, I don't understand why all of you think this deserves an 8 to 10 out of 10. It strikes me as being in the 3 to 5 category.
