Dude, its normal man. Sex is over-sensationalized in North America (and other regions as well). But in reality, it is normal for someone to be 19 and a virgin. Don't think you are inadequate in any way. These teenage kids that are all about the "OMG! You're still a virgin?!" are idiots and motivated themselves by peer pressure and media. I mean, the media pumps out sex on every tv ad, magazine cover, and billboard. You can't escape it. So people are continuously reminded of it.

Don't force yourself into any uncomfortable situation just to check "sex" of your list. I am not saying to stay a virgin til you marry, I don't care about that. I am just saying, have sex, when you think having sex is right. When it feels right with the person you are with (whether she is someone close to you or a 1 night stand stranger). And learning how to speak to girls is something you learn by simply exposing yourself to it. Just talk to girls, keep it casual, learn what makes a girl smile, laugh, etc throughout your conversations with them. You will start getting better and they will be more interested in you. Don't do it just to have sex, but do it because interacting with the opposite sex is an absolutely wonderful and fun thing to do.

I am not trying to sound like a grandpa, but I am fed up with kids thinking sex is cool, and ending up as stupid and neglectful teen moms and dads. I am also very fed up with the way girls have become objectified and treated like pieces of meat, A) because teenage boys watch far too much porn and hell, all girls should act as filthy as those women, and B) because girls are young and impressionable and want to get peoples attention so they allow guys to treat them like shit, take naked pictures of them, use them, etc. Just frustrating. I am sick of seeing nude teenage girls in tags and sprays during counter-strike matches by disrespectful teenage boys. It's disgusting, and quite frankly, its like I am watching child porn! I just don't want it around me in any way!

Oh yeah. When you do get started the keyword is "Condom". Seriously even if you aren't having sex, be prepared and have condoms at your house, that way when the event does occur you don't have an accident.

Also don't listen to the guys that say just pull out. Not good advice. I have known guys who thought this was a good idea then they got a girl pregnant. (Plus that doesn't stop AIDS). My rule of thumb is I will always use a condom until I know the girl is on the pill and I have seen recent medical records proving she does not have a major STD.

Sex is awesome, but don't fuck yourself up by not being prepared. (Also replace the condoms once they expire)

As all users above said, 19 and still being a virgin is not that unusual. I had my first sex about a year ago and since then I do my girlfriend two times a day to compensate for the 20 year long drought.

It's normal that most chicks have sex at a much earlier age, simply because they get throug puberty much faster than we do and they prefer older guys.
On the other hand there are the kids from mostly socially disadvantaged families who have sex at 12 or 13 just because they a) seek physical contact with others because they parents couldn't give it to them or b) they want to be part of a group or just be a playa.

Therefore, as a boy coming from a socially decent district with a certain amount of intelligence and willingness to plan a solid future, you don't need to worry about all this.

i guess i'm different. the whole friend zone thing worked backwards in my life. everytime i have a female friend, they always end up trying to get me to f*** them or they want me to be their boyfriend.

for example, 1 of my closest female friends for like 3 years at the time started calling me "sexy" and all this other stuff at 1 point.

1 day me and a friend were walking from the store and we seen these 2 girls walking so we ran up to them and started walking and talking with them. after a while i noticed that the girls kept looking at me but i didn't think too much of it so a few seconds later the girls stopped and started asking my friend i was with something. next thing i know 1 of the girls says "hey, would you f*** Jessica?" (jessica is not her real name by the way. just using a random name for this) and i was like "woooooooow" it was just so random to me lol so we get near near a bunch of trees or whatever and my friend i was with was like "bro she said wants to s*** your D***" and what not. the funny thing is that they said that they would do it to him aswell aslong as i came lol but if i didn't, they wouldnt do it to him so of course he kept saying sh!t like "come on lets just do it man please!!" i also remember another night when i was like in the 9th grade, 1 of my other friends at the time came over to my house and i opened the door and i had my shirt off so i was like "hold on". when i came back and stepped outside with my shirt on, SHE(a different girl that liked me) came out from hiding behind him smiling at me and my friend was like "you 2 are going to f*** tonight!!" and was laughing. im not going to say how old i was when i lost my Virginity but i will say that it happened randomly. I woke up late for school 1 day and i was getting ready to ride my bike at the time to school when i seen this girl from another school(she was like 18 and i was younger than her)walking in front of my house as i walked out towards the driveway. I was about to ask her something but before i could say anything she said "wow, you're cute" and started smiling(she seemed all happy to see me as if she met me before). I was like "thanks" but i didn't return the compliment so she was like "you're mean" and what not so i eventually returned it and she was telling me how she was skipping school and how something happened with her friends so they couldn't skip with her. She got suspended and didn't want her parents to find out about it so she wanted me to "hang out" with her but i didn't want to. 1 of my backpak sleeves was ripped off and the other was barely hanging on because i kept EVERYTHING in it being that i didn't want a locker at the time. so she took my backpack and was quietly ripping the rest of the strap off basically forcing me to skip school with her.

but losing my virginity was nothing to me. I could have lost it as young and i would say if your still a virgin after 17 you must be waiting for marriage lol because you dont have to get in a relationship to f***. like what do you guys do when you go to a party or a club? do you just sit there "look" at the girls? what do you do when you guys hit the beach? do you just avoid the girls or something? lol
