why don't you just send a message to one of his friends on facebook and ask where you can find him....may work

 

EDIT: but I wouldn't tell the person that he ows you money, just say you would like to see him again or something like that

The problem with that is I'm not close at all to his friends so they'll either not tell me, warn him, or lie.

Do you see him anywhere IRL? Do you know if he goes to clubs (like hobbie clubs) or regularly goes to some place? Cause you could wait till you see him there and follow him home.

doesn't your country have like a digital phonebook where you can type in the name and town or number and it'll give you his adress?????

Nowadays I only give my games out to my very closest friends. I still don't know where my Just Cause 2 is and my ex gf broke my Heavy Rain.
