If he's underage then NO info will be publicly available for him, even paid sites such as Intellius. It's the law.

Well didn't work, called both numbers and apparently both are unavailable. I would go to the addresses, but as I said my town is extremely ghetto and that would be risky unless I know he lives there for sure.

I found 2 thanks to crissindahouse, but both numbers were disconnected, I do have two potential addresses, but as I said going to a random house in my city without knowing who lives there could be trouble. It could be the guy I'm looking for, or it could be like a gang house. (not a joke)
My best bet is to use some website, I give them his cell number and I can pay like 15 bucks to get super detailed info, addresses and what not.
I'm confident I'm going to find him eventually so a necro bump of this thread may occur containing updates on how the encounter goes down.
