Forums - Gaming Discussion - Worst E3 in years?

Haha

I hope Nintendo's B- stands for "blew goats".

Yes, so far it's been a little on the weaker side.

But happy surprises for me so far:

Watch Dog (game of the show. NEXT GEN!!)
God of War single player (how can the graphics be so good? Plus it's more GoW)
Beyond (I actually was excited by the story)
Last of us (graphics but also that the gameplay seemed promising because there wasn't any obvious hand-holding in that demo)
Assassin's Creed (amazing atmosphere and surprisingly attractive setting)
Pikmin 3 (the Nintendo guy actually promised a deep tactical experience)

Awful all around.

I had high hopes for Nintendo but we saw almost nothing.

A few mins on Pikmin 3
20 Seconds of NSMBU
30 Seconds of ZombiU
60 Seconds of some other stuff we already knew
and over an hour of Wii Fit U, Just Dance, Nintendo Land, and other nonsense

I don't remember who it was, but somebody on here predicted that Nintendo will spend too much time talking about casual games.

I blame this world of social media that we live in for the gaming blunders.

meh people are saying this every year. And to be honest it's true every year.

Star Wars 1313 is the best thing shown so far.

Or Watch Dog.

All hail the KING, Andrespetmonkey

Conferences were bad, hopefully the games on show are decent.

I hope Tokyo Game Show reveals more.

So awful. Indescribably awful

Time for hype

People said this last year as well.

This was never going to blow us away. It's probably the last one before the PS4 and NextBox are announced. On op of that, look at how many games had already been announced.

E3 2013 will definitely be much better.
