It's most likely a system in place to prevent double posts. Sometimes my internet has trouble and tries to post a particular post twice. I then get that error message

Looking at your profile you post 40 times per day averaged out. That's a pretty hefty amount. In comparison I post 0 times per day on average.

Even in this thread site regulars like Spurge, man-bear-big and Mr. Khan none of them are over an average of 15 posts per day.
