Early games on Wii U will only look better then the PS3/360 counterparts when they render in 1080.

"One developer working on Wii U, who wished to remain anonymous, told Eurogamer Wii U ports will at best look as good as PS3 and Xbox 360 games. However, he indicated gamers will only see its true graphics capabilities with games built from the ground up for Wii U later in its life cycle."

This has blown my mind.

"At least as good" does not bode well with me, for the developer(s), and most importantly, Nintendo. I expect to see greater effort overall next gen.

Even it looked 10 times better, it's still the same game, this is gonna be similar to PC versions of console games.

Well there goes all the chances the Wii U had of me buying it.



My prediction threads:

Wii U will sell under 40m units (made on 14th September 2012)

PS Vita will sell under 20m units (made on 30th September 2012)

Wii U will sell under 7m in 2013 - I was right

Halo 4 first 9 weeks sales prediction

Truly? I've seen many conflicting reports on the matter. 

All of the "weaker/only as strong" reports come with anonymous reporters behind them. The "stronger/sufficient" reports come with names.
