This should show people who plan on purchasing the Wii U what to expect from 3rd party support. They will mostly get ports of 360/PS3 games, only slightly optimized (mostly to use the tablet controller). Of course, this will only be for the first year or 2. If the Wii U is HUGE, then developers will still support it. However, if it only sells mediocre, then most of the 3rd parties will move on to the NeXbox and PS4, and it will be the Wii all over again.
Edit: As for 1st party games, I'm expecting them to look as good as the best looking PS3 games available. While they will look good, it won't be much of a reason to purchase the Wii U for ~$300-$350 when a year later the NeXbox and PS4 will be launching with much better graphics and cost $50-$100 more.
