Wow listen to these guys lol. There is a difference between "at least as good" and "as good at most" some of these rabid Nintendo haters are right at it eh? Do you guys just wait for a little tid-bit and then run with it?

Where does this guy say it's not as good? Where does this guy say it doesn't kick their asses? Did you ever think that he isn't allowed to say how good the game looks? Not allowed to seem as though he is playing favourites?

It amazes me how a statement can be torn up, dissected and stretched into something to make it seem things are worse than they actually are.

All he said was at the very least, it's as good as the others. Meaning it could be way better!

Wii is old gen... so Wii U too.

I expect Wii U to render graphics a little better than PS360... the true new gen is expected to start with PS4/720.

Now if you compare Wii U with Wii then you are to see a big jump in graphics.

What do people expect from this game really? the Wii-U game is just a port.. so ofcourse it will only be "slighty" better... to expensive to upgrade the graphics.

Not only are we talking about a launch game here, but also a game that is a port of a 7th gen game.

Compare King Kong or Perfect Dark Zero at the 360's launch with Gears of War just a year later... it's night and day.

There are a lot of console games ported to the PC, and they usually look a lot better. Also if Wii U is stronger than PS3/360 then it should be able to render in 1080p, since there are many games on PS3 that render at that resolution.

I am sure it will be stronger though. But with this statement it doesn't feel like a generational leap over HD consoles.

It's not the consoles fault, it's the devs.

dudes, you dont know a shit about the wii u, nodoby knows, that only says its a port that dont will have any graphical improvement, otherwise for example alien colonial marines will look better that ps3 and 360 but not much more just because is a game made for the 7th gen

all there is a bran new 2012 architecture, the potential of the wii u is much more powerful than you may think , only because of the architecture and because its 6 years beyond, until the 720 and ps4 are released you dont will see the true potential of the wii u, until then, only ports and more ports from 360/ps3

And lets remember this. Even if the Wii U is held back because of PS3/360 and has the same resolution as HD consoles and the same visual look, the frame-rate should be higher. Like, at least, double.

Yeah it may look the same as the PS3/Xbox360 but since they both run at 720p/30fps and the WiiU version runs at 1080p/60fps...That's a lot of upgrade but some people dont understand that because they just look at the graphics and draw their own (simpleminded) conslusions.
