Great news if true.Fuck those slide pads.
Looks much better and easier to use.
Looks a little narrower though... hmm...
Eh.. Who cares about the Wii U name, good, bad, this thing now has LEGIT analog sticks. I was really worried about how this thing was going to work with circle pads. Love my 3DS, but I see the circle pad as a compromise to keep the system truly portable (Vita keeps getting stuck in my pocket, annoying). This is a great change. The move of the +/- buttons makes them actually useful in game play where you use the tablet as a normal gamepad, as before they were out of reach for anyone but the most goliath-handed of us.
Great moves Nintendo!
Is there chrome on the controller? Under the home button where the power charging socket is...

looks more clear like it will light up.
People, that clear part is obviously supposed to tell you how many players there are.
If the backside looks like a analog pro for the ds then I am fine with that, but without it, it will be annoying to hold , i am using an iPad right now and it's so thin and textureless on the back that it's pretty crampy to hold, I hope companies would stop the THINNER FONEZ/TABLETZZZZ and make them more comfy to grasp.
Looks much much better. what does the button by the power button do?
