I like how in everyone of these threads the same 3-5 stories are re-hashed from days of old. It was more fun back then, but nothing is the same as it was in the past.



My prediction threads:

Wii U will sell under 40m units (made on 14th September 2012)

PS Vita will sell under 20m units (made on 30th September 2012)

Wii U will sell under 7m in 2013 - I was right

Halo 4 first 9 weeks sales prediction

Oh, I remember dat cool blue/white VGChartz from 2008.

Personally, I much more often read than post here. There are (and were) many cool people, but I agree with d21lewis that VGChartz has lost its passion with time. But it can return, I guess.

P.S. And why had Seece left VGChartz?

Another time there was a thread and I forget who but maybe ioi banned all the mods on the site for the night for some reason lol

There was some fun with Trashleg and ioi one night when there were arguing (not really seriously) about something and ioi was like I'm the boss you can't ban me, which she ended up doing then he baned her lol something like that funny thread.

Basically when the mods or site admins get involved it makes a thread pretty fun.

So basically, we need to get them involved? :P

The only joker I know of left on this site would be D21.  He is about the only one on this site that can make me laugh.  Almost everyone else has a lame sense of humor.

Yea, I forgot to mention a few others and I covered my ass by mentioning badgenome later.  Amp is alright but I view him as an old timer whose humor usually pleases the old and young.  He has made me laugh a few times but I view him more of a Jay Leno comedian than someone that can make me really laugh.

You are right but the sad thing is that they were pretty serious in their delusions rather than trying to be funny.  I view them more as out of touch with the game industry thanks to almost lethal dose of Sony PR for the past 3 generations.  However, at least Sony cares more about the video game industry than Microsoft.

You can say that, but then the site wouldn't be as "professional" anymore. It's like a business now then a fun place to hang.

Well, it's gotta be hard having the two best selling consoles - and in a row notheless! - being top dog and then just... I guess they're going alright now, but it ain't what it used to be =)
