True that. I hear, in the US, people are going to be prohibited from having an ass in the future, its offensive and not safe for work.

That wasn't really an issue, but the front view showed nipples. I don't know what you were thinking.

no! it only showed the areola if i'm not wrong

i can't forget what i don't know. i knew about the avatar problems but not about your avatar problem with too much cleavage.

In the last few months Ive bought more PC games than any other system mainly because I just upgraded my GPU.

I found myself become a Sony player. I now have a PS3 and Vita. I would have laughed at this thought 10 years ago.

Ask stefl1504 for a sig, even if you don't need one.

I used to play on consoles a lot more back before this generation and the beginning of this generation. Now I basically have given up all access to consoles since I don't even bother with them anymore. I haven't touched a PS3 in over 2 years and a 360 in over 1. I play the Wii extremely sporadically because it has some good fun on it though.

For everything else, there's PC. To be fair it's because basically the few genres of games I do care about playing now (a bit of FPS, some strategy, Interesting indie games/puzzles, EVE Online) are just absolutely pathetic on consoles. I do play a lot less in general as well though.

Dust of that ps3 and play Journey and Closure. The new campaign for Closure on psn is great.
Agreed on the other 3, although Resistance 3's campaign was quite enjoyable.

That is what I have heard too. However I think I am neck deep in indie games right now. I am counting something like 19 I need to get through at this point.

I think I will become more of a PC gamer here in another month or so once I do my first custom build. I'm gonna start with Mass Effect because I really want to play it, but I want to play the entire trilogy on the same system. Then, I MIGHT get Skyrim, I am kind of on the fence on this one because it seems to me this game made the Medieval RPG game so mainstream. I mean jocks I graduated school with who never played a sci-fi/medieval based game in their life got this game. But I digress. I think it's because this generation of consoles almost were PC's.

I got my pc just to play Mass Effect saga and since then I'm a happy rabbit. I just wanted to tell you that you'll have a wonderful experience by playing the three of them together, one right after the other. You are lucky...

On the other hand, I wanted to encourage you to get Dragon Age Origins too. Even if you played it on console before.

Yea, I have Dragon Age: Origins for PS3.  I started it, but I couldn't really get into it.  I'll probably get back to it, but the battle system seems slow to me.

For me, with Bioware games all the fun of battles come out of an strategic approach. Therefore, you should put on with hardcore or insanity difficults and make good use of the pause/assign action/strategy button. Trust me on this one. It won't seem slow to you anymore. You'll have to make good decisions and you won't have time to get bored.

Ok, maybe I'll try that when I start it again.  I think I had it on normal and it just seemed really easy.

They lowered the difficulty on the consoles. Even the hardest difficulty is simply normal on PC (or something like that).

Ok thanks for the info.  I'm not going to buy it again though for PC because I'm cheap.  I don't understand why developers make difficulties different on different systems.

It plays very differently on PC. You can zoom the camera right out giving you a more tactical view of the battle. It gives you a greater advantage over the console versions and makes it easier when deciding where to place area spells.

Yes I've started PC gaming more due to the fact it's become more console like in some ways (360 controller support for a lot of console ports) and because a lot of the games are console ports my PC easily blitzes past the technical limitations of the consoles. However after having dabbled in PC gaming with a decent gaming rig that destroys my 360 and PS3 specs wise I have now gone back to playing on console as I just prefer the set up. It's much less hassle and a simple case of plug and play. PC's are too fiddly, things go wrong, sometimes the ports are half assed, not all games have controller support, (using x-padder can be a pain) and I spend an age tweaking the settings like some obsessed geek rather than playing the game. I like to game from my couch and trying to use a toslink set up for surround sound does my head in as a lot of games don't support Dolby or DTS via optical cable. Nothing is straight forward, just too much tinkering. I used to love RTS games but I'm not going back to sitting on a chair leaning over to look at the screen and game with keyboard and mouse. Screw that. Controller, couch and toslink cable surround sound gaming all the way.
