I have, but that could be credited towards a number of things. When I was a kid, I mainly played games on the consoles and my personal computer for the majority of my child hood couldn't do impressive things. As I got older, I started to build my own PC with parts I acquired through doing online work for people, or simply using birthday money towards parts. When I started PC gaming heavily it was at the beginning of this generation. So who knows.
