Yes I've started PC gaming more due to the fact it's become more console like in some ways (360 controller support for a lot of console ports) and because a lot of the games are console ports my PC easily blitzes past the technical limitations of the consoles. However after having dabbled in PC gaming with a decent gaming rig that destroys my 360 and PS3 specs wise I have now gone back to playing on console as I just prefer the set up. It's much less hassle and a simple case of plug and play. PC's are too fiddly, things go wrong, sometimes the ports are half assed, not all games have controller support, (using x-padder can be a pain) and I spend an age tweaking the settings like some obsessed geek rather than playing the game. I like to game from my couch and trying to use a toslink set up for surround sound does my head in as a lot of games don't support Dolby or DTS via optical cable. Nothing is straight forward, just too much tinkering. I used to love RTS games but I'm not going back to sitting on a chair leaning over to look at the screen and game with keyboard and mouse. Screw that. Controller, couch and toslink cable surround sound gaming all the way.
