I hope that they will have a N-Direct during August, it's time to talk about some 3ds titles, like giving out release dates, while the fall conference can be about upcomming releases for the 3ds, even if that conference will be mainly about the Wii U, Nintendo has still the posibillity to give out some new games for next year, heck they might even do another conference shortly after that one, which will be about the 3DS.

I went to my local game store, to try the new 3DS XL - I wanna see and feel it before I buy you see. But they didn't have any demo versions!! Whats up with that?! Give me some free gaming time damn you!

Gamestop and other stores that sell 3DS consoles need to get with the program. How many months in a row am I going to be forced to play a demo of Mario Tennis 3DS? Time to change the games people!

haha yeah! I've already beaten those games!! They did actually have Zelda OoT for the original 3DS for a while :P looked awesome as it should

I guess NSMB and the 3DS LL(XL) killed in it first weekend. 192k units for the LL and 430k physical units for Mario.

So, I have a question about the 3DS XL, or maybe just the 3DS in general.

So, like, on the GBA, you know how you could stretch the screen when playing a gameboy color game? Can you do the same thing when playing a DS game on the 3DS, since the screen is wider than the DS?



 Been away for a bit, but sneaking back in.

Gaming on: PS4, PC, 3DS. Got a Switch! Mainly to play Smash

No. However, you have two choices when playing a DS game on the 3DS. You can either stretch the screen while keeping the original ratio or you can play on the original resolution.

I'm tempted by the 3DS XL, but 80 quid+my 3DS is a tad too much. Plus I think it's a bit too bulky.
