How so? iOS has a huge user base, and you can create good games for it, there's plenty of good reasons to want to develop games on there.

It wasn't that bad, really. Just ahead of its time. If they'd only released it on Blu-ray in 2008 as a vaunted PS3 exclusive, it could have sold 5.56 million copies.

I didn't think the movie was that bad. I liked it. Not the best, but for a videogame movie it's certainly on the upper tier, though that's not saying much.

I think SE Should get him back, as a developer (what he was actually good at). I love the recent FF's and I like the recent sakaguchi game (LO). But A sakaguchi FF would do wonders I think, it seems they both could use eachother.... if the if the game didn't suck. They've both not been the same since he deservedly got canned.

Also, it's not that bad of news. Chaos Rings is awesome, and it's on IOS. So it can be done.

Just come back from a Q&A session with Sakaguchi in central London, someone asked him about these games and why he choose iOS. He responded by telling us he is a huge fan of Apple. If that's true, maybe he isn't a huge fan of Sony's products, as Mistwalker games hit all 7th gen platforms apart from the PSP and PS3.

I also got both a Last Story poster and my copy of Final Fantasy V Advance (the last game before TLS he directed) signed as well.

I know sucks...I would guess it has to do partially with Apple moneyhatting and hardware convenience. Iphone 4 and 4s (especially 4s) are stronger hardware generally than android phones (particularly Tegra 2 phones vs 4s) but then again they can sometimes run on older models which brings android phones like the Nexus S that are still surprisingly relevant, so yeah still sucks though...

Maybe he should make the remake of FFVII or Kingdom Hearts III.
