Games: Wii U

I am looking forward to it for several reasons. I am an avid Nintendo fan that looks forward to all of their systems. Will this new controller improve the games or weigh them down? Will it be three Gamecubes taped together or will it be a graphical powerhouse? Will everyone between the ages of 18 and 35 hate it just because it's made by Nintendo? Will it be a good system? Will Nintendo themselves kill it like they did the Wii? Will my questions be answered promptly?

Movies: Skyfall (Bond 23)

I like Daniel Craig as Bond. From the rumors going around this will probably be the best Bond featuring Craig yet. Q is supposed to return, Javier Bardem is to be a villain, and Ralph Fiennes is supposed to play another villain with a shaved head that's rumored to be... This could be an all time great Bond film.

I'm sure that the new Batman will also be great. The Hobbit though looks to be taking far too many liberties with the book from what I've been reading on the internet and I'm not so sure that I'm interested.

I agree, Daniel Craig is an awesome Bond.

I LOVE paying for Xbox Live! I also love that my love for it pisses off so many people.

He's different, I prefer the older, suave Bond's, but he is still damn good. He has a great connection with M / Judi Dench too.

Well... we know who my favorite Bond is.

Of the older Bonds, Connery and Moore are the best IMO. I never liked Brosnen as Bond though but that's probably just because I don't like him in general. Craig's Bond is definitely more of a rugged bad ass and I like both types equally. Connery is silky smooth though and hard to beat.

Yeah, Timothy Dalton is my favourite too.

A little off topic, it's just for you amp316, but I watched 2 Bond movies yesterday, I've only got two more Connery Bond's left to watch.

As for Skyfall, it's probably the only movie I'm interested in right now, I've completely lost interest in movies but we haven't had a Bond movie for a while, the more I watch the classic Bond's, the more I anticipate a new one.

Gaming:

Hardware innovation! - The 3DS hasn't really scratched my innovation itch, but both the Vita and the WiiU looks like they could shake things up nicely, not to mention the continued progress happening with Kinect.

New gaming experiences! - Innovation doesn't need to be hardware bound of course. Games like:

Guild Wars 2 - An everchanging world defined by its player's choices? A focus on cooperative play? Flexible professions and fluid combat? What's not to love?!

Journey - An amazing cooperative experience, that's all I can say from playing the beta! ^_^

are bringing innovation to the industry!

Continued awesome! - You don't need to shake things up completely to have a great game. In fact, games like:

Mass Effect 3 - Saving the universe has rarely been as exciting, and I love the conversation-system, the world, the characters, and the way you interact with everything and everyone.

SSX - SSX Tricky was amazing, and the new SSX looks like it's taking the SSX Tricky recipe up to 11! It is going to be awesome!

BioShock Infinite - I wasn't a huge fan of the first game, but Infinite looks like it will be a great game!

are raising the bar! Do want! ^_^

Catching up! - So... yeah... I haven't played Batman: Arkham City, Child of Eden, Skyrim, Uncharted 3 and a bunch of other games... 2012 is going to legen-wait for it... 2011!

Movies:

The Dark Knight Rises

Dudes, I've got a hankerin' for some old Bonds now, gotta go check Netflix.

Fuck yes, Netflix has a bunch.

I LOVE paying for Xbox Live! I also love that my love for it pisses off so many people.

Games;

GTAV, Halo 4, Bioshock Infinite

Music:

No Doubt, Madonna, Marina & the Diamonds and Kesha (don't judge me)

Movies:

Snow White & The Huntsman, Dark Knight Rises and Skyfall

Django Unchained?  There's going to be a new Django movie?

Yes and no.

Django Unchaied is being made by Quentin Tarantino. Jamie Foxx will play a freed slave named Django who must return to free his enslaved wife, Broomhilda, from the evils slavemaster Candie (Leonardo DiCaprio). Its a spaghetti western set in the South during slavery. Also in the cast, Christopher Waltz, Samuel L. Jackson, Joseph Gordon Levitt, Sacha Baron Cohen,  Kerry Washington, and Kurt Russel.  Coming out next Christmas in the US. Don't worry there will still be a chain gun.
