DS has shipped 149 Million, VGChartz has it at 148.88 Million... So essentially only 118k of stock on shelves/ships. Obviously overtracked. By a lot.
PS2 has shipped 153.5 Million, VGChartz has it at 144.12 Million... Yeah. This has been known for ages though.
PSP has shipped 73 Million, VGChartz has it as 70.35 Million... Once again, yeah. Not sure what ioi's reasons are for this one though.

I will use Wii shipped/sold here, for example of how I think PS3/PSP/DS SW is undertracked. (Or maybe Wii SW is overtracked)...

Microsoft don't release SW shipment data, so we can't judge the 360 stuff.
Keep in mind that those are numbers as of the end of September, so the big November/December releases wont really be in those numbers.
