Baldur's Gate, Baldur's Gate: Tales of the Sword Coast, Baldur's Gate 2 and Baldur's Gate 2: The Throne of Bhaal have all aged tremendously well over the last 10+ Years.

Some of the finest RPG's ever. Fact. Back before BioWare started being poopoo.

I thought the FF games have aged well, though I have only played them on PSP, not a larger screen

I tend to stay away from older games in case they haven't aged well, I just enjoy the nostalgic feeling instead

Aged well: The original burnout. I still love racing around in the big city bus, getting the turbo on and keep it going on rush hour in reverse. The weird bouncing bug in the bus only makes it more fun. The original version actually made you work for the boost and the collisions felt a lot more realistic without cars exploding into bits while bouncing out of the way.

Aged badly: Beyond good and evil. I was really excited about the HD remake until I played the demo.

So true. Ever since Jade Empire their games have gone from bad to worse. Yes, that includes KOTOR, maybe for consoles that was considered "HOLY SHIT!" but in reality it was just a very dumbed down NWN.

You must be mad if you dislike KOTOR...just sayin' ;)

I have to reiterate that it was a dumbed down NWN, thus making it bad just out of principle. Where there were hundreds (literally) spells, dozens of feats, and a dozen skills in NWN. There were just some handfuls of each in KOTOR. Not to even mention all the smaller intricacies that were in NWN from D&D 3.5 which got removed or dumbed to shit for the sake of the scrubs in KOTOR.

In fact, I clearly remember playing it (don't remember the name of the specific class), but it was like I was playing my fighter in NWN, except with a lightsaber instead of swords, and I don't think I even made it past the very first planet. I ended up just replaying Hordes of the Undrendark on my monk in NWN.

To be honest I never felt the story or characters were great in NWN compared to Bioware games both before and after. While I miss the intricate aspects of their old RPGs I think their story telling has actually probably somewhat improved with time.

Aged well: Legend of Zelda: Link to the Past. It's still very easy to play it today, and it has more depth than a lot of modern games in the same genre.

Aged badly: Sid Meier's Alpha Centauri. I played for just long enough to wonder how it had ever been considered good, cried a little, and quit.

I've been looking for Alpha Centauri - was amazing when I was a kid.

Edit: And until I play it again I refuse to believe a game with that much depth to the strategy could age poorly =P

HoU was the highlight story of NWN to be honest, not to mention all the ridiculous modules that came out for the game. The original story was kind of weak. What BioWare did was create a platform for others to make some super awesome shit. Though, if you play for the story and writing you should be playing point and click adventure games.
