Yes, even without bundles it doesn't compute, inFamous 2 is the most noticeable thing of the week (the only one in America?), its American launch is much better than in EMEAA and PS3 overall SW weekly sales are 15% up, the only ones besides 3DS ones, 6% up, while all the others are down, at worst PS3 HW should have been flat with the others dropping.

If Ms wants to be the best selling system in its fisical year, and both MS and Sony want 15 million units sold, they need a price cut. I really think it will happen considering Wii got one.

Sequels tend to start stronger then originals, but often end up with similar totals. Gears 2 only just past Gears 1 sales, Fable 3 will probably come close to Fable 2 numbers and Halo: Reach will be lucky to get Halo 3 lifetime sales.

Wish I could use PS3 games as examples, but Killzone 3 and LBP2 are too new, UC2 was a major improvement over UC1, Resistance 1 saw some bundling and got boosted sales since PS3 really had nothing good that entire first year, and Motorstorm 1 was heavily bundled.

What's with people suprised by MKWii sales?
It's now bundled so it was pretty obvious it will replace previous bundle games as weekly conqueror of top spots.

Maybe the fact before it was bundled it did that much alone. Given that is old news.
